i am haveing trouble with the activation code. i orderd my head set from amazon and the code was not in the box. i dont know what to do know. i am also having trouble regestering my head set. it says my SN is not valid. I NEED HELP PLEASE

    Your headset isn't eligible for the newer Razer 7.1 Surround app. You will have to install Synapse 2 to toggle the 7.1 Surround Sound support built into the app.

    How do you toggle it? I can't find the download site to get surround pro anymore.

    You won't need Surround Pro either. Open Synapse 2 then click on your headset and navigate to the Surround tab.
