Razer Raiju Ultimate issues

It's been less than a week since I got hands on my brand new Razer controller for ps4, and the performance is utterly disgusting. First of all, I'm having the same stick drift (right stick) issues everyone seems to be familiar with, no matter wired mode or bluetooth. Other rather annoying issue that makes playing rather unbearable is the touch pad. Whenever I open up the keyboard on ps4 or play a game where touch pad button opens up a map, it all goes nuts. I don't really know how to describe it properly, but it seems like the pointer movement somehow resonates with the RGB-lighting around the touch pad. I literally can't type anything or move around on map, because the pointer is going all around. Was hoping to get a somewhat good-quality controller for a 200€, but after this purchase this might be the last one for Razer from me, and really considering to send it all the way back. Hopefully there's easier solution for these problems, other than sending it all the way back and hoping new one doesn't come with same issues.

Welcome to the club. Currently the controller is out of stock. So sending back is not an option at the moment. Hopefully a new firmware will fix this. Ive read stories about people who returned their raiju ultimate controller 6 times and still have the same problems.
