Razer Ripsaw HD - Audio issue PS4/Xsplit

Hello everyone, Just recently purchased a Razer Ripsaw HD. Setup was flawless and smooth as my streams have a clear picture from the ps4 to the PC my only issue is game audio. For some reason the program is not picking up an gameplay audio. My stream will be live and my veiwers will say that they cannot hear any game sounds. I have tried with a local recording and there is no sounds coming from the actual gameplay. I have updated all of my drivers on the computer, Synapse, and xsplit. Tried to add the ripsaw as its own audio source but to no avail still an issue.
