Deathadder essential not recognized problem

After changing dpi for my games on xbox one there was an windows update and then a razer synapse 3 update. Then while i was playing on xbox it suddenly stopped working and the led went out. It doesn't working only the sensor light is flashing please help I bought it on 28 of December 2018

    Yes it worked with another laptop with windows 7 and then it worked to my pc with windows 10 again. But on my xbox it doesnt work it stops and it not recognize it can you help me please?
