Chroma key out of sync/cant turn green

Hi, i have a Razer Huntsman Elite and i have been using it for the past year, today one of the bulbs in the shift key has seem to bugged/broken and is out of sync with the rest of the lights (rainbow wave, ect) and cannot turn green and will instead result to red or the next closest color. I have tried the usual, restart pc, restart/repair/reinstall synapse. But it still remains broken. Is there any fix i could do? Thanks
