Razer Ornata Chroma weird behavior

Hello, I recently purchased the Ornata Chroma keyboard. My issue is that every time I unlock my Windows after manually locking it, some key is pressed (often enter, today it was alt). Also, I think there is something wrong with the lighting. For example, when I am in Windows, the backlit dimming is really laggy and slow, but on Windows lock screen is pretty fluent and fast. What could be the issue? My computer is new, therefore the installation of Windows is fresh. Thank you, Michael.

    ). About the pressed-key issue, I cannot record it so I will try to explain it better - when I unlock Windows, one key (or today it was mouse wheel) is stucked like in software way. It is like I am holding for example the "enter" key down. It often stops when i press the "stucked" key or sometimes I have to lock and unlock Windows again. Weird thing is that i have been using my Death Adder Elite for almost 2 years and it never happened before, but now it is happening with the mouse too.

    Thanks for the video. Upon checking, the behavior you have shown on the video is normal on our chroma keyboards. Can you send us the serial number of your Ornata Chroma keyboard and DeathAdder Elite mouse through PM? Let's continue from there.
