Razor Deathadder essential RZ01-03850 not showing up om Synapse 3/4

S/N not detecting. Bought from a genuine source with 1 year warranty. mouse not showing up on synapse 3 or 4. Did complete re-install along with driver cleanup no help. S/N: IO2408H20494031
