Bought the Kiyo about 5 years ago and barely had any issues until very recently. It’s started focusing close, and I’m unable to change any settings. When I try to open the advanced settings that just softlocks it so I can’t interact with any of the settings.I’ve tried unplugging it, using a different USB port, endinging synapse, restarting my PC, uninstalling the device, and updating the firmware. (Speaking of trying to update the firmware, it just directs me to contact support which I can’t do as I’m obviously out of warranty)Also, just a peeve I’ve got and completely unrelated. Most of the forum posts regarding issues similar to mine were locked “to curb the conversation to PMs”. I found 2 threads that weren’t locked and got some useful information I wouldn’t have otherwiseWhat’s the point of a support forum if you lock every thread? The goal is community conversation and support
