Razer Electra USB v2 - Not detecting

Hello, I have recently bought a Razer Electra USB v2 and from time to time, I had to replug it because it would suddenly disconnect. This has been going on from the start. Today this happened again, but this time replugging did nothing. My pc is not detecting anything. When I look at the driver it says that there's no device connected. I have also tried rebooting but that changed nothing. Please help.
