Kraken TE not detected by Synapse 3.0
As the title says, I just bought a Kraken Tournament Edition. I installed just as manual said, even though menu options in Windows 10 are somewhat different than listed in manual. I also installed Synapse 3. Synapse does not detect the device, and the headphones/mic do not work while using USB THX device. If I use the 3.5 cable (splitter) that came with my old basic Kraken, things work just fine. Just not through the USB device. I have tried reinstalling Synapse, and I updated all of my sound drivers, and restarted the computer numerous times.
I also tried a fresh install on my laptop with the same issue. Synapse does not detect device. I do find that (on occasion) after a fresh install, while plugged in via USB device, I can hear things such as itunes, but it is SO quiet, it is almost undetectible, even when all volumes (headphones, usb device, windows, and itunes) are maxed out. This is true on both the laptop, and the PC. My assumption is that because Synapse cant detect the device, it can't normalize the volumes. But I am not sure how to proceed. Would love any help people can provide.
