Hi, I bought this mouse couple of months ago and I have a problem. The problem is that when I scroll up or down it blocks the possibility to use left or right click on desktop, similar problem in games, when I scroll down it blocks button 4. I tried every port in my PC and also reinstalled synapse but it is not helping. Can you please help me? Kind regards Nemanja

    This is usually a PCB issue. We may need to look into your RMA options if reinstalling the mouse drivers doesn't help. In any case, please send me a PM with the serial number of your DeathAdder Essential.
