Razer Blade Pro 17 (2070-MaxQ) Issues

Hey all - Been having a number of issues, just not sure why. First, the system and peripherals: System: Subject w/ 144 hz panel Mouse: Razer Basilisk Ultimate Sound: Razer Hammerhead USB-C ANC Keyboard: Razer Taurtarus v2 Synapse: Synapse 3 (One profile) First things first, the issues. I can game great for about 2 hours before the issue starts. System is set to either balanced or custom. Heat isn't an issue with either as I run NZXT CAM to monitor temps. Then, chaos begins. I end up with system beeps (think BIOS or overheating) however the system is cool based on temps and feel. Mouse lag is tremendous, and I get audio jitter and video jitter as well. For an example please see this: The video quality isn't on your end - that's what I actually see when this issue comes up. Even in windows I'm suffering from this. For example now my mouse seems to be extremely slow to start, and is jumpy. This happens wireless or wired and in different ports. Next is the audio. Eventually, and I cannot reproduce this I get a buzz that comes through my ear buds. Regardless of which USB-C port I use. Meaning, all sounds die and just the buzz is heard. 99% of the time it's a low buzz but once in a while it's very loud. Resolving this I just unplug the usb-c buds, plug them back in and it restores. This happens when ANC is on and off on the hammerheads. I've disabled NVIDIA Audio in the sound control panel as a safe guard. I don't have a monitor attached, so I'm slowly disabling things trying to isolate it. Granted, DAX D3 has failed in event viewer - I reinstalled the dolby drivers to no avail. The only other anomaly I've found is that windows only has one power setting, and it's balanced. I figured there would be a High Performance for the Synapse 3 custom feature, but they must run independently. While looking at device manager and DxDiag I notice devices being installed multiple times, including Razer Blade Pro. I uninstall them, they all come back. Seems a bit odd. I've disabled Xbox Game Bar, and all added features in GeForce Experience as well. Should be pretty slimmed down - however I still have issues. Any thoughts or guidance? I've spoken with Razer support and they just asked me to run Intel Drivers utility. Only drivers it found were WiFi, Bluetooth and NVME. I thought this might help since I did add a second drive, but still no luck. One last thing - I replaced an MSI laptop with this one. When I gave my son the MSI, that laptop displayed strange USB issues. I noticed I had devices in my Synapse profile that were showing up on his machine, that were only connected to mine. I uninstalled Synapse and logged him in on a new account and it's been working fine since. I haven't found a way to see and modify my cloud settings with Synapse. Is there a way to do that? Doubtful it's related, but the multiples in device manager makes me wonder. For example, my mouse is installed 4 times and sometimes if I disconnect it, the track pad doesn't respond to movement or clicks.
