Razer Nari Ultimate disconnects and not on sound devices

So Ive had this issue since the 17th of Jan. My Headsets keep disconnecting or rather it refuses to show up on my audio devices whenever razer synapse runs. razer synapse even affects my own speakers resetting their configuration from 7.1 to stereo which messes my sound up. i cannot use the headsets when razer is running therefore i uninstalled razer synapse 3 and have been using my headsets just standard. It wouldn't even show up when i changed from different USB ports with razer synapse on, until i uninstalled it. the headsets only work when the transceiver is connected to my motherboard, i cant even use them if the transceiver is connected to the front port of my case where it was initially plugged in before the issue happened which i prefer as it allows me to utilize their wireless capabilities to their full extend. assistance would be greatly appreciated .
