Basilisk Ultimate left click stops working

For some reason, my basilisk ultimate left click will stop functioning after awhile. I also noticed from time to time the mouse cursor will jump unexpectedly as well and the right click will fail to be recognized as well. This did not happen when the mouse was connected to my razer blade stealth. I only noticed a problem when i connected the mouse to my desktop pc with my new hunstman elite keyboard. I found uninstalling razer synapse in reinstalling helps. But this problem seems to continue to occur when i download and install a new nvidia driver for my asus 2080ti. I also noticed that when i upgraded my desktop pc to a 2080ti from my 1080, there were numerous mouse related issues ie. lag on desktop but not while gaming. This even occured when I had a logitech wireless mouse instead of the basilisk. I seem to get lower than expected fps for all games as well. Seems like the nvidia drivers and razer synapse may not be playing nice with each other, especially with more than one razer product. Please assist razer support.
