Hi Ne alles Ok mit meinem. Wollte nur aus Interesse fragen. Leider ist es unwahrscheinlich schwierig an Ersatzteile für Notebooks ran zu kommen. Daher wäre es schön, wenn es eine Art "Standard Reparaturen" geben würde. Hier ein Beispiel: Razer Blade Stealth 2019 V1 - Displayreparatur ohne Topcover = 299 Euro - Akku Tausch = 129 Euro - Ram Tausch = 145 Euro - Top oder Buttom Cover Tausch = 169 Euro - Tastatur oder Tastatur Cover Tausch = 220 Euro Würde mich freuen wenn man das mal an den Support weiter geben könnte. Wäre bestimmt hilfreich. Ich selbst würde die Geräte auch gerne reparieren aber die Ersatzteile werden halt nicht frei gegeben. Translator: Hi Ne everything OK with mine. Just checking in. Hi Ich schreib erstmal auf Deutsch vor und werde unten Translater´n. Gibt es eine Reparatur Preisliste für die Blades? So wie z.B. bei Apple auf der Website. Zum Beispiel Model auswählen und direkt erfahren, was ein Displaytausch oder Ram Bausteine wechseln kostet? Hi I'll write in German and become a Translater'n below. As Razer Caziel said unfortunately not, there’s only standard diagnostic cost, forgot how much though €130 when I’m not wrong now before was €80. However I tried:big_grin_: repair service on blade 2017 and it was on its 14 months (before I sold it I want to make sure there’s no problem for next owner since I know him), but it was free since here due law we have 2 years guarantee yes it’s kind complicated about this guarantee/ warranty claims (Gewährleistung) things, Mediamarkt told it’s a year but saturn told same with Razer 2 years, it’s same company LoL. However the Blade was bought through Razer Store, I got receipts that mentions diagnostic fee and parts replacement (when I correct remember) and on the bottom page it’s stated due under guarantee period all fee is paid by Razer, kind of so:wink_: I think don’t have the receipt anymore. But I like the idea having standard price like you mentioned, the basic things like for example screen replacement, battery replacement (out of guarantee) because we’ve also now Apple Care that cost [S]only[/S] €339,99. The standard repair price can be considering point on buying Razer care also imo. Honestly my Blade 15 in 3 months would go 2 years means guarantee over so I need that as well:big_grin_:

Dankeschön. Wie gesagt, der Support könnte doch sicher "Standard Reparaturen" als Festpreis angeben. Würde dem Image von Razer doch nicht schaden.
