My black widow tournament edition chroma v2' RGB is off. I cannot turn it on by synapse 3 or 2, tried to reinstall the program and updated it but still not work. Please help. The keypad is working fine. The only problem is the RGB led. Thank you

    Are all the keys affected and is the keyboard plugged into a USB hub? Please PM me the serial number so I can check for a model-specific fix. *Moving this to the Support boards.
