Synapse 3 won't stop crashing...

I'll be playing a game, or just browsing the net, when my RGB stuff flashes off, and then back on and the colors have frozen. Nothing responds to custom profile keys on my keyboard, or buttons on my mouse. I've tried rebooting, uninstalling extra Modules I don't use in case that was causing issues, etc. The temporary fix is just to right-click it in Taskbar and "Exit All Apps", and relaunch it until it just crashes again. The Razer peripherals I'm using: Mouse: Viper Ultimate (and Dock) Keyboard: Huntsman TE Headphones: Nari Ultimate Misc: Lian-Li O11 Dynamic Razer Edition Windows 10 Home, 64-bit Please let me know if I need to provide any more information.

Have you tried to repair the app via Control Panel>Programs and Applications>Synapse>Uninstall/Repair? If you haven't yet, please do. Let me know if the problem persists so I can help you further isolate the issue.

i am having a similar issue. I have a Blade 15 Mercury White. When this occurs i loose my function keys and loose media control. Please help! i have tried reinstalling and deleting profiles. Still does the same thing

We may need to dig deeper. Please PM me the serial number of your RB15, along with a screenshot of your BIOS version. I'd like to check for possible BIOS and driver updates first before we look into your system and application logs.

ok i will send you that PM

@edrey_razer I'll look forward to that. For now, I'll be locking this thread to prevent hijacking.
