Razor Core Chroma, doesnt even turn on

Just setting it up for the first time, I get nothing.... reconnected everything several times. I do get a thunderbolt message in both MacOS and Windows saying thunderbolt-3 device not working correctly. I get no fans, no lights nothing... only reaction is the message in OS. I am using supplied thunderbolt cable, tried several different display cables... nothing!

    What GPU are you using with the Core X Chroma? Do you mind putting up a screenshot of the message that pops up? I'd appreciate it if you can give us more information about your current setup.
