Kraken Kitty Chroma Companion App Not Connecting

I am trying to set up my Razer Kraken KITTY EDITION headset so that the ears light up when I receive alerts (follows, subs, ect) when broadcasting on Twitch. I downloaded both Razer Synapse 3 and the Streamer Companion App but I can't get the Streamer Companion App to connect with Synapse. I've linked both Twitch & SLobs but it won't allow me to 'Test' any of the custom alerts. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both Synapse and Companion Apps twice and have rebooted my PC several times. Any help would be super appreciated!

    Is this still the case? For both apps to communicate, you will need to have the Chroma Connect module installed on Synapse 3. PM me should the problem persists.
