Razer Kiyo preview doesn't work in Synapse 3

Hi everyone, I just purchased a Kiyo but it seems like the preview option doesn't work in Synapse 3 although I tried activating the preview with the button on Kiyo's page. I also tried reinstalling the software and plugging the Kiyo into different USB ports of my PC, updating the drivers using firmware updater, restarting pc, etc but it still doesn't work. I currently have the Blackwidow TE Chroma V2, Mamba Elite, Nommo Chroma, Kraken 7.1 V2, and the Goliathus Extended Chroma. I love all my razer gears and they have been working really well and I had no problems with them, but I haven't had a problem like this with the Kiyo. Any help is appreciated.
