I am as well having issues with the razer Nari mic, when playing with friends they have said that my mic continues to echo while using the Nari, while the audio is very good the mic is cheap and bad

I am having the same issue, in addition people im playing with and using mic inform me that its super static sounding and inconsistent with voice volume and the static coming and going, have tried to make adjustments in the synapse and nothing seems to help. same issues on multiple games such as Call of Duty and Overwatch. and in discord when not even in a game. will most likely be returning these tomorrow. anyone have insight on if its cause they're wireless. as i never had any issues with my Krakens. which i only got new ones because they aren't compatible with Synapse 3.0 which i am not a fan of as mid game the mouse setting from profiles basically delete them selves and i have to exit it all of them and re open. have already uninstalled synapse 3.0 fully and re installed to attempt to fix. hasn't work for any of the issues im having

Hey everyone! Thanks for posting your Razer Nari's microphone concerns here. When did the issue start? Does the mic behavior happen while it is connected to a different USB port or computer? Have you verified if the issue happens while using the headset on different programs/applications? Please disable all mic enhancements on Razer Synapse 3.0 settings and change the default audio format of the mic to 1 channel,16bits,44100Hz in your Window sound properties and see if it helps. Should the issue persist, please send me a PM together with your headset's serial number. Let's continue from there.
