Razer Phone 1 LCD Screen Replacement - How to?

Hello there! This is my first time ever posting on a forum. However I am at a loss and not sure where else to turn for help. I purchased a limited edition Razer Phone on Valentine's day in 2018. It was released for Chinese new year and has a Golden logo on the back of phone. This phone is very special to me and yesterday the most tragic incident occurred. I dropped the phone at the front of my building and it tumbled down multiple concrete stairs. It was in the case when it happened and It had the tempered glass screen protection installed however there was still substantial damage. The glass screen itself was not broken - there are zero cracks in the glass. It appears the damage has occurred behind the glass and now the screen is full of lines. I was able to hook my phone up to a monitor using a USB C to HDMI adapter and it is still responsive to touch. I was able to navigate using my monitor as a screen to back up phone. But the screen on the phone itself is completely distorted. I would definitely like to have this fixed seeing as it is a limited edition but I am unsure where to start. Especially during this epidemic of COVID-19. I assume the entire LCD touch display needs to be replaced.... Please help!!
