Razer Synapse V2 won't open...

Hey there, I formatted my PC and now my headset is set to surround, I hate it, I'm using Kraken 7.1 V2, and I can't open Synapse 2, it just won't open, it launches and stays on system tray, but... I need help, please!

    @lexihvh @maybe_H1kka This is highly likely caused by the latest Windows 10 update. If possible, please rollback to the previous version of the OS. In any case, PM me so I can help you collect Synapse 2.0 logs. Let's go from there.
