Razer Kraken Audio problems
Today me and my partner both got razer kraken headphones with 7.1 surround support. We got home plugged them in and they just won't work. We have spent literal hours now scouring every single forum post and contacting all of our tech friends to try and find what if anything could possibly be wrong here. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling all audio drivers multiple times. I've tried setting the headset to the default playback device. I've tried to uncheck the boxes on the USB root hub options in the drivers. Like we have literally done every single thing from the top 30 forum posts on google and have had zero success. So if anybody has a new suggestion I'd love to hear it because I literally cannot find one forum that suggests anything we haven't already tried.
