Where can I get support if the problem I am having is with Razer Support itself?
So I have an ongoing issue with Warranty Support that has been going since 1/19/2019 for my Tartarus V2. Due to the insane turn around for a return and replacement they set me up with an advance return. It took six days to get the link to make the advance payment (so I opened another chat) and after another five days they are insisting there was no record of the payment even though I sent them the receipt to prove I paid (after opening another chat). This morning I have an email that says they never heard back from me and will be closing my case, so I emailed again. I now have a broken device that is still under warranty and am out the cost of a new one with no replacement coming.
I have no idea what to do next. Suggestions welcome. Thank you!
