Replacement case screws? Torx to philips?

Hello everyone, I rarely have a Torx screwdriver with me whenever I seem to need one and I wanted to replace these screws with a Phillips screw, does anyone know what the specs of the screws are or where I can find replacements? This is for the Razer Blade 15 Mid 2019
