Synapse 3 won't start

Hello there! Have you tried to do a repair of Synapse? Also, try to log off Synapse completely and then do a power cycle of your network and try again. Let me know how it goes.

I tried several times but no, it still doen't work. I have been digging application files and these log files, I located a Razer Synapse Service which failed to start after installation. When I start it in Windows Services, it says 'error code 1705, the service is not found or uninstalled'. When I start it in application folder, a ServieDebugForm windows C# form window appeared, when closed the process was stuck and crashed.

Yes, I tried all user options before I contaced Razer support. As I mentioned here https://www.reddit.com/r/razer/comments/add64o/razer_synapse_3_wont_open_even_after/edka2q4 It seems Razer Synapse Service is causing this issue. Do you have any experience about it? Is it not installed correctly or the service is not registerd or any other app conflicting with it?

Hi, Just to post a workaround which works for me to start razer synapse. It seems 2 other services having dependancies on Razer Synapse Service which shown below Razer Game Manager Service.exe (C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Razer\\Razer Services\\GMS\\GameManagerService.exe) Razer Central service.exe (C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Razer\\Razer Services\\Razer Central\\RazerCentralService.exe) I managed to install Razer Game Manager Service installed and running but not Razer Central service. So I try another way round, by doing as below: Open command and promt (Run In Administrator): 1. Uninstall razer synapse service from windows Paste below code inside CMD and press enter (Or right click it will execute automatically) C:\\Windows\\Microsoft.NET\\Framework\\v4.0.30319\\installutil.exe -u C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Razer\\Synapse3\\Service\\Razer Synapse Service.exe 2. Restart PC 3. Reinstall razer synapse service into windows C:\\Windows\\Microsoft.NET\\Framework\\v4.0.30319\\installutil.exe C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Razer\\Synapse3\\Service\\Razer Synapse Service.exe Somehow the Razer Synapse manage to open and recognize my gaming peripherals, assign key, hypershift and macro seems working now. Notes: This is just my assumption. It seems the uninstalling razer synapse remove the dependencies pre-installed during razer synapse installation. By re-install the service, razer synapse can work as standalone service which doesn't bind to any other service that comes with pre-installed.
