Razer Core X does not connect

hello, i recently bought a razer core X chroma, i have a razer stealth graphics model. i put a msi rtx2060 gamin Z in the egpu, all the drivers are up to date. i cannot start the pc with the egpu connected, does not recognize it, i have to restart the pc and then everything works fine, also if i start the pc and after that i want to use the gpu i have to turn it on and restart, the nvidia gpu activity have a button called "connect gpu" but wont work, at least to me, so i have to restart and then i can use it.
