Razer Synapse Not Detecting the Mouse (macOS Mojave)

Hi everyone, I am trying to install the mac driver for the Razer Mamba Wireless on my macOS Mojave. It turns out it is not able to detect the mouse. Several things I've done to troubleshoot so far. 1. uninstall Synapse and reinstall 2. unplug and replug the mouse 3. change the privacy settings. Nothing works so far. Please let me know if you guys have any solutions?

Is this the newest version of the Razer Mamba, or an older version?

I have this model (*removed for security purposes). Not sure if this is a latest model?

Oh snap. I have no idea about the model number. Doing a search with the info you gave me gets me nothing, so I'll tag somebody from Razer Support to be able to look that up for you. Can you help out with this info, @Razer.Speedcr0ss ? In the meantime, I asked because previous versions of the Mamba have been wired and wireless, so I wasn't sure if you were referring actually to the new Razer Mamba Wireless (as it would say on the box) or running your Razer Mamba in wireless mode. I'm going to assume that it's the actual Razer Mamba Wireless, and in that case I have some news. That particular model is only compatible with Synapse 3, which is only currently available on Windows. It is not customizable on Mac OS at all. This link has a list of all the Razer products compatible with Synapse for Mac OS Mojave. Usually I would let people know that your Razer mouse should still function as a normal mouse on your Mac, but with this particular mouse and the wireless aspect to it, I am not sure.

Thank you very much for your information. Yes, I do think mine is the actual Mamba Wireless Gaming Mouse and it works as a normal mouse on Mac. Based on your information, I might just return this particular mouse and look for other options. Thank you very much!!

My apologies. I placed the product # twice. It should be (*removed for security purposes).

Hey @choiwa! Thanks for the mention too, @PT.Singer. I've checked the product number you've shared. And yes, this is the Razer Mamba Wireless. As mentioned above, this mouse is compatible with Razer Synapse 3.0 and Windows OS only.
