Lancehead Chroma Lights turn off if I unplug it and use it on battery mode.

I have been turning off my chroma light on my lancehead if I use it wirelessly, this morning when I tried to turn on the lights to show my friends, nothing happened when I switched on the Brightness tab in synapse. I tried plugging in the mouse with the cable, and the lights turned on and worked perfectly fine, I could change the brightness or the effects, but as soon as I unplugged the cable, the lights turn off, but I can still use the mouse, change the dpi etc. I can't figure out what's the problem, anyone got any ideas?

I think one of your saved profiles might be activating in wireless mode. Try to go into Synapse, select your device and do a factory reset on the mouse. The lights should come back on.

I second this as it happened to me recently with my Mamba wireless. Sometimes those profiles have overrides, regardless of what you tell Synapse. Did that fix it for you:?
