Razer Blackwidow does not work with certain programs.

So I got the Razer Blackwidow Chroma V2 just recently and it was working completely fine. Until one day I logged into fortnite and the lights worked but my keyboard went unresponsive. I unplugged it and plugged it back in but it didn’t work. I reset my computer and it doesn’t work. I bought this on amazon and am considering to return it unless someone has an idea that works. I do not know what else I can try
