Ripsaw HD "No Active HDMI Signal" HELP!
So, I have been back and forth with this issue with Razer support, as well as trying things out myself for a little while now, and very little seems to be documented about my situation. I have currently tried using an Xbox One S and a Nintendo Switch to record with my new Ripsaw HD that I just picked up yesterday, and the device is recognizable on my PC, but every time I go into Synapse or OBS or Action! and try and pick up something, I get an error message from Synapse that says "No Active HDMI Signal", even though the HDMI from my Xbox/Switch is clearly plugged into the Ripsaw, and what is even more strange is that the Ripsaw is outputting my Xbox onto my TV, so it recognizes and is receiving the input, it just won't recognize on my PC. So, I am genuinely confused about this situation, if anyone has any suggestions, or has this same issue and found a way around this issue, I am desperately trying to find a way to fix it.
