Razer Nari Essential "Pop" issue

Hello! You guys know that "Click" sound windows does? The famous click sound when you click on the forwards/backwards or on a folder in file explorer on windows 10? That exact sound, for some reason, has a "Pop" following it, using Razer Nari Essential. What do I mean? Sometimes, and only SOMETIMES, when I click forwards/backwards on a folder etc.. , stuff that causes the click sound, I get a "Pop" in my headset, like a sort of bass thing. This is the only issue I've found with the headset but it is EXTREMELY annoying, even more due to the fact it only happens sometimes. Any suggestions on what I should do? I am using razor synapse.

Hey there! Thanks for posting your Razer Nari's concern on our Suppor board. Does the issue happen on both wired and wireless connections? Have you tried connecting it to a different USB/3.5mm port on your computer or a different computer? Should the issue persists, please send me a PM together with the device's serial number. I'll pick it up from there.
