Razer Black Widow Chroma v2 and DeathAdder disconnect

I have no idea why, but when i am using my keyboard it will periodically start turning off, acting as if it has been unplugged. And once it starts, it doesn't stop until i restart my computer. This has screwed me many times in online games, and through all of my searching i found no solution. When i close the Synapse app and use the keyboard without it, I can use it just fine, but this is an issue that I cant find a solution to and It is extremely obnoxious. I am actually typing this with another keyboard as it is shutting off my blackwidow right now every 3-5 seconds and turning it back on. I have already set it so that my computer does not shut off USB ports to conserve power, and that has not helped. If anyone has a fix i would greatly appreciate it. It also tabs me to the synapse app and opens it over and over again until i restart my computer. Thx

    Just to clear it out, is this happening on both devices (keyboard and mouse)? Were you able to try plugging in your devices to another computer to isolate the issue?

    I dont have another computer to test it on, but it is happening with both devices. The mouse is less terrible because if I am using it, it will cut out for about half a second then be back. the keyboard stops for roughly five seconds every time it happens though

    Thanks for the update. Can you send us the serial number of both devices through PM? Let's continue from there. You can find the serial number of both devices underneath the device itself.
