What is compatible with on-board memory, and what is NOT?

I have a Razer Lancehead. I downloaded and installed Synapse 3. I was very excited to try the On-Board Memory feature. I wanted to do something very simple. Assign "Win + -" key combination to my mouse so I could use Window magnifier to zoom in and zoom out. However, Synapse will not allow adding "Win" as a Keyboard function. I can achieve "Win + -" as a macro, but the on-board memory must not support macros. Why doesn't Razer state someplace that Macros are unavailable for on-board memory. Instead all of their marketing material makes the buyer think Macros would work with on-board memory.

im not sure if your issue still persists, but i have a basilisk with onboard macro like yours the win key and - or + for zoom does work. with synapse 3 open or exited(using onboard macro) maybe they fixed it in an update. insert keys into macro -----> win (key down). - (key down). - (key up). delay 0.05s win (key up) <----- repeat for zoom + and assign macro to another key
