Hi, I have recently noticed that the mouse will not light up at all. I have done a full uninstall / install of the SYNAPSE Software and still nothing will light up. Any Help welcome.

    Hi there, @BurgersHouse! Is this working before? Is the mouse still functioning even the lights does not lit up?

    Hi, yes all working before the new year and the mouse function as normal. It will just not light up at all.
