Blackwidow Elite + Synapse 3 Issues

Hello everyone,

Purchased a Blackwidow Elite 2 days ago, connected it to my laptop and had no issues until today. Whenever I plug in the keyboard now, Synapse detects it, then it disappears from the device list continuously. If I look at device manager, you also see the device going on and off.

The only way I can get it to stop cycling like this, is to right click on Razer Central and "Exit Synapse".

I've uninstalled Synapse, removed the devices, rebooted, reinstalled everything and the problem persists.

Hey @Ringoko! I know this can be such a hassle but have you tried plugging it into another USB port? Make sure your BlackWidow Elite is directly connected to your Motherboard's USB port, preferably a USB 3.0 port. You can also try reinstalling the keyboard drivers via the Device Manager.
