Razer raiju tournament edition ps4 stick drift

Hi, I bought a raiju controller to be used with ps4 and I have noticed a problem with the sticks. It seems that right after moving/aiming in a game the moving continues slightly even I dont intend it to. This makes playing games with the controller a bit annoying. I read this thread: /raiju-te-ultimate-stick-drift-fix.42831 But could not find detailed instructions to fix the problem. I tried to reset the controller by pushing the small button next to m4 button. Is there a fix for the problem? If there is, may I get detailed instructions to solve the problem. Thanks!

Hi @Razer.FatKidWanderer Thanks for the reply. I already did. I got a list of 9 things to report back to you guys. I did what was requested and sent you back the information and the details but, you guys have not answered to me. My email was sent a week ago. I already had lost my trust in Razer but Im close to losing my patience as well.

Hey @Razer.FatKidWanderer , Thank you again for replying! I don't know if you had anything to do with it, but I received an answer just hours after your reply. But in any case, thank you. I however did not get answers to any of the questions that I had presented, which seems to be the common way of handling business, not just with your company, but with all. The problem persists, and I answered some more questions and provided more details. I think that I'll post the end result to this thread, just to let people who might be concerned to know how things play out.

Alright so I got a reply from Razer. All the answers, proof, videos and details that I gathered and delivered to Razer were requiered for veryfing the warranty of my controller. If my warranty would have been verified, I would have most likely received a replacement controller. Since I already have bought another controller, receiving a replacement does not help me. Thus, I ended the process with Razer and I'll make a reclamation to the reseller. I still might consider buying Razer products some time after thier release and after checking the robustness of the performance from user reviews. Raiju was a premium controller by all other aspects, but the most important one.
