Razer Cynosa Chroma- Synapse not running
Hey. I bought the keyboard a few days ago. I installed the RAZER SYNAPSE 3.0 beta software, which does not work as it should
Razer Central turns on, but I have the message: SYNAPSE 3.0 NOT RUNNING
I turned the computer off, turned it on. I reinstalled. I was uploading a new FRAMEWORK, running from the administrator's position. I've reinstalled the keyboard drivers. I turned off the firewall and antivirus. What else can I do?
I talked to support about 3 hours today and said they would post this problem
