Razer synapse doesn't work

The new razer synapse is really dumb period. Literally after this new update the chroma studio was removed and had to be installed separately which is stupid. So I install it then it asks me to restart synapse etc whatever I did everything it wanted and now suddenly I can't control anything related to my keyboard (Cynosa Chroma) I tried replugging it, restarting my computer and restarting synapse none worked and now I am getting seizures because of this light spectrum (default) and i can't change it. If i can't get this fixed then I'll be sure I won't ever buy any Razer product because of this program. Has to be alot lighter and simpler not this complictated and glitchy. (PS: It shows my keyboard in the program)
