Deathadder elite feels kinda rough on the top
So today I got my first ever good mouse and first razer product, the DAE, its very very comfortable however I feel that the surface is unlike any plastic I´ve ever tried, a bit rugged or gritty, is it normal ?
Btw it doesn´t feel bad just new.

Hi there! Thanks for placing your concern to our support thread. By the way, what do you mean when you mentioned that the top portion of the mouse is rough? Are you referring to where the left and right-click buttons?
from the left and right mouse buttons to the end of where the palm rests, under the led light. the best thing i can describe it is that the top side of the mouse feels different than the front side

I see. By the way, when and where did you buy the mouse? What region/country are you from?
I’m in morocco and a friend bought the mouse for me from french amazon store and then brought it to me
