Razer Cynosa Chroma, Synapse 2 can't see KB
I had to get a new keyboard and mouse, Drink problem on desk. Well synapse 2 will not see the KB. Spent to much time on this already, So what now?

@G_Leland is correct. Your keyboard is not supported on Synapse 2.0. You will have to install Synapse 3.0 if you want to customize your new keyboard.
