Razer Naga Hex V2 with problem

From time to time my mouse simply stops working for a few seconds and then it goes back to working as if nothing had happened. It happens a lot of the way my mouse simply teleports to the center of the screen, regardless of where it is. Last version of Synapse.

    Is this happening on different applications? Also, did you try connecting the mouse to another computer and see if the issue reoccurs? If you still have the same issue, please do send me the serial number through PM. Let's continue from there.

    I got the same problem with my NAGA Hex V2. This issue started a lot of time ago, tried many times to re-connect usb also but sometimes still doesn't works. Also laser have a really bad accuracy, when i bring up from surface, the cursor moves alot without reason. And the laser doesn't work on 90% of sourfaces
