seiren elite picking up vibrations.

I recently purchased a seiren elite and it is currently mounted on a arm with a shock mount. there is also a layer of foam between the arm and the desk. the gain is all the way down. its not faulty because the first one they sent me also did this. i need to know what settings or set up modifacations i can make to fix this. it is picking vibrations that are so small i cant hear them with my naked ears. thanks. (ps the setup is a bit of a mess rn i been working on fixing this for quite some time:)
