Razor Mamba problem - changing in game sensitivity

Hi, I have got problem. Razer Mamba Sensitivity of the mouse is all the time changing (once per every 3 hours - estimation) even though in the system is still the same. What to do to solve this problem? Do you have special software to calibrate it? Specification: Comp - acer predator i7, 32 GB RAM, NVidia 1070, System W 10.

    Hi there, @technoVividLimeGreen748! Is it changing randomly while using different applications? Were you able to try the mouse on another computer?

      Unfortunately I can do it only on my own. Moreover in the synapse soft I can see my keyboard but I can not see my mouse to change colors etc even though I installed it for the second time. I have problems as well with wireless system - when it's one the cable there is no problem. When it's wireless it doesn't work.
