Razer Kraken Pro V2 trying to use to chat in game

So not sure if I shoild post here or not but i was playing war thunder today and I was trying to use my headset to talk to my friends. Well nothing was working. I went into voice chat settings and tried to make it so in the input and output settings would go to the headset and nothing showed up dor my headset. The only thing that showed up was for my speakers. I also tried plugging it into all the headphone jacks in my desktops and nothing. I tried using that adapter you get with the 2 headphone jacks into the headphone jack plug in thingy and again nothing. I tried everything, nothing worked. Again not sure if you guys can help. But worth a shot right?
