Problem registering my product

So I am typing the serial number correctly but an error message pops up saying the serial number is unknown was wondering if anybody could help. Thanks.

    Hey @xNEONiCONx! Thanks for the screenshot. Let me take over this thread since my colleague, Red Panda will be out for 3 days. By the way, we removed your post for security purpose. Also, this will protect your product information from counterfeiting. By the way, please try changing the second character as number zero "0" instead of the letter "O", and see if it helps.
