Nari mic picks up headset sound

I am looking for help correcting an issue with my microphone. Was givin the Razor Nari wireless headset for Christmas 2020. When using it in game, Discord, and any other speech/communication app the microphone picks up and relays any sounds in my headset, including themselves talking.
