Razer Kraken Kitty Audio / Sound glitch


Ever since i got this headset a few weeks ago this glitch in the sound has been happening whee it distorts and slows down for a few seconds, every minute or so. I have been searching for a solution online but i have not been able to find something that has helped. I put a link to a video that shows what the problem is. Movie 1.mp4 - Google Drive . I hope that someone can help me, and that the video works.

Hello there! Thanks for creating this thread. Does the issue happen when Synapse is closed or disabled? If the audio quality concern persists, please send me a PM together with your device's serial number that starts with "SN" so I can check its information and its available updates. Let's continue our conversation there.

I actually do not know how to see if Synapse is enabled or disabled. And the weird thing about the sound issue is that sometimes its really bad and sometimes i dont have it for like an entire day. I thought maybe it depends on the tabs i have opened or the applications or something but that does not seem to be the case i believe. The serial number : (*Omitted for security reasons)
