Please help with Razor Gold Top up


Need help plz. Razor gold top failed and amount already charged on my debit card. I've raised a ticket but there's no response it's been 3 days now. Request anyone to look into this and help me getting my refund.

Thank you. I already did that. And was successful in doing the top up. But still waiting for the previous top up which failed to reloaded or refunded let's hope it gets resolved ASAP.
